When you click on the shutdownbutton,
make sure to simultaneously press SHIFT Button.
If you hold the SHIFT key down while clicking on SHUTDOWN button,
you WINDOWS WILL RESTART without restarting the computer
This is equivalent to term "HOT REBOOT".
